Bio - Dennis M. Kelleher, P.E., is Senior Vice President, Director of Water Supply / Resources at H2M. He is also Vice President of the American Water Works Association, the leading organization of water supply professional in North America with 57,000 members.

Mr. Kelleher is the Director of the Water Resources Division for H2M and is responsible for managing the water resources division, which includes 45 water supply engineers, scientists, inspectors and specialists. As Division Director, he is responsible for the design and management of many major water supply projects, including well supply and booster pump stations, water treatment facilities, and water storage facilities. He is the Engineer of Record for 30 public water suppliers in New York State. As such, his duties include planning, engineering reports and studies, plans and specifications, evaluating and designing new and/or modified water supply facilities; building systems; mechanical and pumping systems; control systems; and treatment systems. He is responsible for being informed of emerging water quality and regulatory issues. He also holds extensive experience in hydrogeology, groundwater and aquifer assessments, water quality and regulatory requirements.

Dennis is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is near completion of his M.B.A. graduate studies at the New York Institute of Technology.
