The Concept is Complete, Now What?
What it Takes to Get a Project Constructed.

Speaker: John Sasso, Project Manager at RRT SIGMA Engineering

Project Management
Abstract: Our November presentation will broaden the engineer’s perspective beyond the typical technical concerns of code compliance and design criteria of what is needed to bring a “large” project from concept to commercial operation. The review will include other project development aspects such as permitting, contracts, financing and legal hurdles that the engineer should be prepared to interface with, and possibly provide support for along the way.
